Having discovered her passion for lifting in her 20s, without a prior sporting background, Rach understands the beginner's journey firsthand and excels at guiding effective progress. Her expertise lies in in-depth analysis of the Olympic lifts and mobility training.

India Bornhoft, Coach

Indie's mission is to get as many people passionate about fitness as possible and reap the benefits for a long, active life. Living by the sea, she has made movement of all forms her mantra throughout her life. Dynamic sports like windsurfing, surfing, yoga, crossfit and fitness are the beat of her drum.
Indie has coached watersports and fitness for over a decade and specialises in strength and conditioning. Her favourite part of coaching is how corrective exercise can reduce a person’s pain and improve their quality of life.
Indie coaches clients from all walks of life; athletes, adults, children and those working with disabilities and injuries. Indie has a Master Diploma in Sports & Exercise, and is a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, and holds qualifications in; GP Referral Level 3 qualification, Specialist Exercise Level 4 in Nutrition & Obesity & Weight Management, Mental Health First Aid, Trauma Informed Approach to Exercise CPD, and Understanding Eating Disorders CPD.
She loves how quickly functional fitness and feeling strong can change a person's entire perception, and in turn, their life!

Holly Bassett, Coach

From international SUP surfing competitions, including three World Championships and three British National titles, to helping others achieve their fitness dreams, Holly's passion for movement and performance has always been at the heart of her journey. With over five years of personal training experience, she works with a diverse range of clients, tailoring programs to their unique goals. Holly's 2023 First Class Honours degree in Sports and Exercise Science, coupled with experience in elite training environments with military personnel and ultra-endurance athletes, provides her with a deep understanding of functional movement and performance optimization. She's dedicated to helping people embrace an active lifestyle and discover the transformative power of functional training.

Tyler Stanley, Coach

Tyler, a Level One CrossFit Coach with four years of training experience, believes fitness should be fun and empowering. Since 2023, he's been creating a supportive and safe environment where individuals of all levels can push their boundaries and achieve incredible results. He fosters a strong community, encourages collaboration, and celebrates every individual's progress. Through varied and engaging workouts, Tyler challenges both body and mind, making every session an opportunity for growth, connection, and enjoyment. After a successful career as an analytics entrepreneur, Susan has channeled her passion for fitness into a new and inspiring chapter.
In her 50s, she transformed a lifelong hobby into a fulfilling career, becoming a key member of the founding team at XGYM. With a particular focus on masters athletes, Susan empowers individuals of all ages and fitness levels to discover the transformative power of strength and fitness.
